Account Director
As an Implementational Planning Account Director at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in translating client strategies into detailed, cross-channel media plans. Collaborating closely with Strategists and Comms Planners, you will ensure seamless execution across digital, audio, VOD, and AV channels, delivering measurable brand and performance outcomes. This position is integral to WPP 650, an award-winning team dedicated to impactful work within the UK government sector.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading cross-channel media planning and activation, acting as the main client contact for media performance, and aligning plans with the OASIS framework within WPP Open. You will oversee cross-channel optimization, implement advanced measurement techniques, and coordinate post-campaign analyses to inform future strategies. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and foster collaboration with specialist teams to drive innovation and excellence in media planning.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in media planning and digital activation, with a proven track record of managing complex accounts and orchestrating integrated media strategies. Expertise in cross-channel planning, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans are essential.
