Account Director
The Account Director at WPP Media will lead the consumer goods category, focusing on strategy, tactical planning, and client service. This role is integral to WPP Media, WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, which unites media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale. The Account Director will work within Wavemaker, a leading WPP Media brand known for reshaping consumer decision-making through media, content, and technology.
Key responsibilities include ensuring strong agency-client relationships by meeting client needs promptly and effectively, integrating new accounts and projects into the existing portfolio, and contributing to the profitability of operations through service quality and contract compliance. The role also involves defining customer service and business strategies for the category and developing strong business relationships with partners.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business relations, or a related field, along with advanced English proficiency. Proficiency in digital platforms and tools such as TGI is required. Experience in television, knowledge of econometric studies and models, a solid digital foundation for 360-degree strategies, and experience with mass-market accounts, promotions, and activations are essential.
