Account Director

In this role, the Account Director will oversee a portfolio of complex, high-value partner relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership. Responsibilities include building and maintaining deep, long-term relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and driving strategic decisions that shape service outcomes. The role also involves leading multi-year contract renewals and service expansions, utilizing service performance data to inform strategic direction, and championing new products and capabilities internally.
Candidates should have over 10 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts at senior levels. Fluency in both French and English is required for frequent client interactions. The ideal candidate will be quantitatively inclined, data-savvy, and possess strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex, politically sensitive situations. An entrepreneurial mindset and natural leadership qualities are essential for success in this position.
Compensation for this role includes a salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 CAD, with the final amount determined by the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
