The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, and TikTok. They should possess strong analytical skills for planning large-scale campaigns, compiling detailed reports, and identifying trends. Proven experience in managing a team of social specialists, including workload management, training, and mentoring, is essential.
