Account Development Specialist
As an Account Development Specialist at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our restaurant partner network and enhancing existing partnerships. This position is based in Athens, Greece, and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and securing new restaurant partnerships, managing a portfolio of existing partners, and driving their commercial growth through strategic, data-driven insights. You will oversee partner performance, propose tailored campaigns, and conduct regular business reviews to optimize results. Additionally, you will foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring effective communication and supporting expansion opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in business development, account management, or field sales, preferably within the FMCG, e-commerce, or marketplace sectors. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, or a related field is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication are essential. Fluency in both Greek and English is required, along with a valid driver's license.
