Wrike is seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Account Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to helping clients maximize their productivity using Wrike's work management platform. As part of the Account Development Team, you'll work closely with Professional Services consultants, Sales Engineers, the Renewal Team, and the Marketing team to deliver tailored solutions to our diverse customer base.

Your primary responsibilities will include actively prospecting into existing accounts through outbound calls, managing assigned accounts, inbound requests, trials, and leads, and overseeing the full sales cycle, including contract generation and closing. The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and at least 2 years of experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is a keen business sense to discover and understand customer business objectives and pain points. Standout qualities include a problem-solver mentality, critical thinking, curiosity, a passion for learning and improvement, and openness to receiving feedback.

Joining Wrike means becoming part of a team of innovators and creators who solve complex work problems. We promote a hybrid work model with 2–3 in-office days per week to foster collaboration and teamwork. Our culture values being smart, dedicated, and approachable, with a focus on customer-centric decision-making, collaboration, creativity, and commitment to ownership at all levels of the organization.
