Fever is seeking an Account Development Associate fluent in German to join our Fever for Business team in Madrid. This role focuses on driving the pipeline for our corporate ticketing offerings, generating new revenue opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle for group ticket sales. Fever is a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, inspiring over 300 million people monthly across more than 55 countries.

As an Account Development Associate, you will be responsible for managing and closing group ticket sales opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from qualification to payment reception. You will build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to maximize engagement and conversion. Maintaining excellent CRM hygiene and ensuring accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned on targets is also a key part of the role. Collaboration with Billing, Project Managers, and the Sales team to align campaigns, share insights, and enhance commercial impact is essential. Additionally, you will track and report key KPIs, such as SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates, and closed-won revenue, and iterate based on performance data.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or higher education from a top university or business school. A strong interest in sales is essential, with proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in sales development or business development. Experience in media or events is a strong plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are required. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, an entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude, and comfort working in ambiguous environments and building processes from scratch are important. Creative thinking with strong data-driven decision-making skills, proficiency in crafting presentations and written pitch materials, and fluency in English and German are necessary. Additional languages are a strong plus.
