Account Development Associate (French Speaker)

Fever is seeking an Account Development Associate fluent in French to join our Fever for Business team in Madrid. This role focuses on driving the pipeline for our corporate ticketed experiences, generating new revenue opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle for group ticket sales. Fever is a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, aiming to democratize access to cultural experiences worldwide.

The Account Development Associate will be responsible for qualifying and nurturing inbound interest, developing targeted outbound strategies, and closing ticket sales. Key duties include building and optimizing outreach sequences, maintaining CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate forecasting, and collaborating closely with Billing, Project Managers, and the Sales team to align campaigns and enhance commercial impact.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree from a top university or business school, with a strong interest in sales and proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in sales development or business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are essential. Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are a strong plus.
