Account Development Associate
Fever is seeking an Account Development Associate to join its Fever for Business (F4B) team in Sydney. Fever is a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, aiming to democratize access to cultural experiences. The F4B team focuses on providing live experiences as services to other businesses, helping them create memorable events efficiently.
In this role, the Account Development Associate will drive both inbound and outbound pipelines for Fever's corporate ticketing offerings. Responsibilities include managing and closing group ticket sales opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from qualification to payment reception. The associate will also build and optimize outreach sequences, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate closely with billing, project managers, and the sales team to align campaigns and enhance commercial impact.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree from a top university or business school and has proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in sales development or business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are essential. An entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguous environments, and proficiency in crafting presentations are also important. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a strong plus.
