Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager

GlossGenius, a leading AI-powered platform for appointment-based businesses, is seeking an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join their team in New York, NY. The company, founded in 2016, serves over 100,000 service businesses, including salons, spas, and wellness practices, helping them increase revenue and reduce administrative tasks.

In this role, the ABM Manager will be responsible for developing and executing account-based marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion among target accounts. This includes defining campaign strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and leveraging AI tools to enhance go-to-market workflows. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing teams to align on account targeting and campaign execution.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in B2B demand generation or ABM, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment. A proven track record in running multi-channel ABM campaigns that contribute to revenue growth is essential. Expertise in utilizing AI tools for go-to-market strategies, strong email copywriting skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions are also required.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $115,000 to $135,000, depending on experience and location, along with target equity and benefits.
