Access Administrator

BrainRocket is seeking an Access Administrator to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. This on-site role is integral to our commitment to maintaining secure and compliant access to our systems and data.

In this position, you will manage user accounts by creating, modifying, and deleting them as necessary. You will ensure that employees have appropriate access levels aligned with their roles and responsibilities. Regular audits of user accounts will be conducted to identify and eliminate excessive or outdated access rights. Additionally, you will implement and maintain access control policies to enhance security.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in access management, account administration, or information security roles. A solid understanding of access management principles and best practices in information security is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively convey complex security concepts to employees at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems and tools such as Active Directory and LDAP, are also necessary.
