BrainRocket is seeking an Access Administrator to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in multiple countries. This on-site role requires candidates to be based in Warsaw or willing to relocate, with relocation support provided if needed.

The Access Administrator will be responsible for managing user access to company systems and data, ensuring security and compliance with information security requirements. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts, conducting regular audits to identify and eliminate excessive or outdated access rights, implementing and maintaining access control policies, monitoring user access activities, analyzing incidents related to access violations, and responding promptly to potential threats and vulnerabilities. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records of access management actions, preparing reports on incidents and access audits, and suggesting improvements to access management processes.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in access management, account administration, or information security roles. A strong understanding of access management principles and best practices in information security is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems and other security technologies, as well as proficiency in working with access monitoring and management tools such as Active Directory and LDAP, are also necessary.
