Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP).

We’re looking for the first 3D Unreal Engine Generalist to join our high-performing Creative Marketing team focused on producing top-performing mobile ads for our hit games, especially Mob Control.

ROLE

You will be responsible for crafting visually compelling, gameplay-driven 3D ad creatives using Unreal Engine. From concept to final render, you'll have full ownership of the production pipeline.

You’ll also play a key role in translating gameplay logic, mechanics, and scene setups from Unity to Unreal and vice versa, contributing to a smoother, more efficient creative production process.

CHALLENGES

- Create eye-catching 3D mobile ad creatives that clearly communicate gameplay and drive performance

- Build and animate complete scenes in Unreal Engine: characters, environments, VFX, lighting

- Use Blueprint scripting and/or code (C++) to simulate gameplay logic, interactions, and camera behaviors

- Translate and adapt ad concepts, animations, and logic originally developed in Unity into Unreal Engine and vice versa with high fidelity
