In this role, the Media Planning Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end planning operations across multiple campaigns, brands, or markets. Key duties include developing integrated media planning recommendations, managing campaign execution, and ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams such as Activation, Ad Operations, Analytics, and Client Servicing to ensure seamless execution of media plans.
Candidates should have approximately 5-7 years of experience in a media agency, with a proven track record in media planning and buying across various platforms, including digital media. Leadership experience, including guiding a small team, is essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a deep understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers are also required.
